I'm a Professional Coach and Facilitator living in California.
I'm passionate about helping people grow their skills and confidence to be the authentic leaders our world needs. A better world is possible when we enable the full participation of women and gender non-conforming folx in leadership at every level and I build coaching and learning programs to promote this vision.
I bring a deep curiosity, contagious enthusiasm, and a playful spirit to coaching, helping clients articulate what they want from life and forging a path to achieve it. I create space for women and gender non-conforming folx to reflect, learn, and grow so they can recognize their own brilliance and step forward with confidence toward their vision of success.
